Michael Levin à vu le jour à Winnipeg dans de la province du Manitoba au Canada et réside à Vancouver. Sa quête de photographies en noir et blanc, ses prises de vues me font penser à celles de Michael Kenna, ce qui n’enlève rien à son indéniable talent.

Biographie de Jennifer Shaw

.

 Jennifer Shaw est un photographe d’art qui vit et travaille à New-Orléans, en Louisiane. Elle a commencé à prendre des photos à l’âge de huit ans et inscrits à son premier cours de tirage photographique quand elle avait quinze ans. A partir de ce moment, elle se plonge dans le milieu photographique et continue de l’étudier à l’École de design de Rhode Island, obtenant un baccalauréat en photographie en 1994.

La curiosité l’a menée à la Nouvelle Orléans, où elle a poursuivi son art depuis. Elle enseigne actuellement à temps partiel la photographie à l’Ecole Louise S. McGehee et travaille comme photographe indépendant, avec une concentration sur son travail personnel et le portrait personnalisé.

 Les superbes photographies de Jennifer Shaw ont été présentées dans des B & W Magazine, Shots, Light Leaks Magazine et The Sun. Ses œuvres ont été exposées dans le monde entier, et il est présenté dans des collections privées et publiques, dont le Musée d’Art Huntsville, le New Orleans Museum of Art et le Musée Ogden du Sud Art.
